We are continuously looking for ways to grow and improve for our customers.

We have a lot of departmental collaboration to look at new ways of doing things or revising our current procedures. I’ve enjoyed working with teams in shaping process directly affecting the customer experience.

The best part of working for Durabuilt is its people and its open / transparent culture.

I feel the solidarity in the office between all levels of employees, which creates an energetic work environment where one can easily share ideas. The other thing I appreciate the most about Durabuilt is that it has given me the opportunity to balance work and life by allowing flexible working hours. I manage to contribute to the company, feel I belong and still have time for my family.
