We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join the Calgary Branch Office

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee all branch operations – quoting and order management, warranty and non-warranty service, job site deliveries, coordination of incoming freight and coordination of installation services – with the goal of providing a customer experience beyond expectations
  • Regular, proactive, check-in meetings to maintain / grow our relationship to gain VOC (voice of the customer)
  • Reporting to the Calgary Branch Manager

Qualifications and Experience recommended:

  • Post-Secondary Education – Degree or Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years in customer service management type role preferably in the window industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office products and Customer Relationship Management Software (Salesforce)
