Job Summary:

Durabuilt is seeking a driven and experienced Dealer Account Manager who can lead and grow our Dealer business in Northern Alberta. An established customer base and ample opportunity for growth awaits the winning candidate. Energy, customer centric focus and the ability to inspire Dealers to sell our products – and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will be needed to be successful in this position.

This role resides in our Sales Department and reports to the Director – Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain long term relationship with our Dealer partners and prospective partners.
  • Valid Class 5 license and the ability to travel assigned routes, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to train and coach our Dealer on our products and systems and effectively linking them to your internal partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cultivate relationships with home builders, contractor and architect throughout the territory to promote our company and pull business into our Dealers.
  • Utilization of our ERP (selling / quoting software) and manage customer relationships, contacts and activities using our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Report on project progress at weekly meetings and logging activities and details in Salesforce to keep the company informed.
  • Planning and pacing own work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
  • Participating in industry association events to represent Durabuilt Windows & Doors and build your network.
  • Participate in training and development activities to expand your product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Post-secondary Degree and or Diploma, or comparable industry experience.
  • Minimal of 3 years of B2B Account base experience and have demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are required.
