Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and friendly Office Administration Professional to join our Service Department team at our Head Office in Edmonton.

Reporting to the Team Lead, this individual will be responsible for “going the extra mile” and delivering consistent customers service excellence including the ordering of products

A Durabuilt Customer Care Professional is a natural problem solver who can offer the best service while keeping calm and professional.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally oversee incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly
  • Listen and record customer concerns, complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner and/ or forward to appropriate team members and follow up until resolved
  • Book Install crews and Service technicians accurately
  • Understand and relay warranty and non-warranty process and answer questions from customers accordingly
  • Answer any queries related to scheduled dates of Installers, Service technicians, Product & Delivery
  • Work with customer service management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • More than 3 years experience in Customer Service (After sale service preferred)
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing an asset
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Able to handle complaints by unpleasant customers
  • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Superior decision making and analytical abilities
  • Detail orientated and communication/listening skills
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Good knowledge in office administration
  • Should have negotiation skills to resolve the disputes in given authority
  • A high level of computer skills and the ability to learn complex software quickly
