Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative candidate to join the Durabuilt team as our Process Engineer at our Manufacturing Facility in Edmonton. This individual will identify and provide solutions for inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements over several production lines. The successful candidate will be a champion for change and monitor that change to ensure Durabuilt is operating at a maximum lean efficiency.
The Production Engineer will also have a strong working relationship with internal business partners such as R&D as well as the management team to plan and support Durabuilt’s operational objectives and production targets. The Process Engineer will examine the manufacturing and assembly process and provide recommendations to improve product output. The successful candidate must be forward thinking with superior leadership skills, take ownership, and demonstrate superior collaboration and relationship development abilities.
