Job Summary:

This role resides in our Home Renovation Sales Department- Edmonton and reports to the Channel Lead for Consumers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive company and self-generated leads, setting up in-home meetings with prospect clients to educate on our product and secure the sale
  • Take rough measurements and draft up quotes for the client to approve and sign off on
  • Enters orders into our system (Salesforce) and works with Scheduling and Installation departments to ensure the smooth transfer of information
  • Continue to foster the superior customer relationships with the client throughout the sales cycle including post sales and installation
  • Handles and resolves simple client complaints and forwards more complex issues to more senior staff for resolution
  • Responsible to weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets
  • Report on current progress at weekly sales meetings. Share challenges, and the solutions that will help you navigate your obstacles
  • Plans and paces own work efficiently to meet productivity goals
  • Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or co-workers

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Post-secondary Degree and or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary education institution in Business or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with a high closing ratio
  • Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimal of 5 years of sales experience with a focus placed on B2C knowledge
  • Knowledge of construction and home renovations is considered an asset
  • Experience working with “Sales Force” is considered an asset
