What does that look like?


Within two hours of reaching out to us, one of our managers will be in touch to get the ball rolling. Within 24 hours, one of our trusted window guides will follow up to get further information on the project, assess your needs, propose solutions, and answer any questions on the installation process. You’re also welcome to visit one of our stunning design galleries to get a better idea of how things might look, and to see firsthand where your windows and doors will be made.


At Durabuilt we believe in clear communication, so we’ll be in touch throughout, keeping you informed of progress, and to make sure you’re fully prepared for your installation date. If you have any questions, your sales guide will be with you every step of 
the way. On installation day, our factory trained installation crews will be punctual, polite, and professional. They’re happy to communicate with you on the process, and make sure you’re fully comfortable and satisfied.
